How do you want to view PowerPoint slides and how can slides be made more readable. There are many types of slide views available in Power Point, which can be used as needed. PowerPoint has slide options in the form of Icon on the left corner as below which can easily change the view of slides.

(1) Slide View

(2) Outline View

(3) Slide Sorter View

(4) Normal View

(5) Slide Show View (Slide Show View)


1. Slide View

This is the default and simple view of the Power Point Slide in which the Slide is made. In this, Taxt, Layout, Graphics, Image, Drawing, Symbols (symbols) etc. can be put in Projection. Its window appears as shown below –

2. Outline View

The tact and title are visible in this view. Object and Chart etc. graphical objects are not visible in this nor can they be inserted. All of Slide's comments are visible in it. Numbring occurs automatically in this view. This view looks like the picture shown below –

3. Slide Sorter View

The slides in this view appear in the same order as the Projection. In this view, you can set Recording, Animation, Sound, Automatic Timing etc. The order of the slides in this view can also be changed. Slide transitions and Desine templates can also be used to make projection even more beautiful.

4. Normal View

This is a simple view of PowerPoint. In this, the sequence of slides can be seen and the slide can be edited.

5. Slide Show View (Slide Show View)

The slideshow is used to give a presentation. In this view, the presentation comes on full screen and runs according to all animation, sound effect, slide effect, timing etc. This view cannot be edited but comments can be written.
